Hopkins, bring an extensive background of combined construction and real estate experience with both private and public clients, individual and commercial building and planning. 	FIRM PROFILE Roger E. Hopkins has over 30 years of experience developing multi-family apartments, single-family homes, single-family subdivisions, office, self-storage, industrial flex space and mix-use properties. He also brings extensive expertise in the development process. In addition, properties managed by Hopkins include apartments, office buildings, boat storage facilities and self-storage warehouses. Roger earned a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. He has held a Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas since 1975. R.E. Hopkins, Jr. acts as the Construction Manager. R.E. is responsible for project construction and daily supervision. He is instrumental in establishing construction budges prior to groundbreaking for each project, and then closely monitoring the budget throughout the construction process as an on-going cost control measure. R.E. earned a B.S. in Agriculture Development from Texas A&M University, and has over nine years experience in construction and construction material sales and management.
